What is Palette Immo?
Palette Immo is an innovative interior design AI that effortlessly transforms any interior space into over 30 captivating styles, all with a single photograph and in a matter of minutes. Whether you have a fully furnished space or an empty room, Palette Immo has two powerful modes to cater to your needs: redesign and staging. -
What can you expect?
The concepts generated by AI give an idea of what a room might look like. The goal is to inspire with the possibilities a home has to offer. While they are not comparable to high-quality 3D renderings, they provide an affordable alternative. -
How do credits work?
When you sign up, you automatically start with the Free plan. In this plan, you can optionally purchase a credit package. These credits do not expire as long as you remain on the Free plan. If you switch to a paid subscription, all previously purchased or remaining credits (including any additional purchased credits) will expire at the start of your next billing cycle. So be sure to use them before that time. With a paid subscription, you receive a fixed number of credits each month, depending on your selected plan. These credits are renewed at the beginning of each billing period and do not carry over to the next month. If you purchase additional credits while on a paid subscription, they are only valid for the current billing period. Unused extra credits will expire at the start of the next cycle. -
How does Palette Immo fit into the current marketing strategy?
Palette Immo provides an economically feasible option for visualizing various interior concepts and has the potential to save costs compared to traditional methods such as real estate styling and 3D visualizations. With the inspiration webpage of your property and the associated analytics, you have an enhanced online presence and expand your reach to inspire people, sell faster, and at the best price. -
What are the benefits compared to existing technologies and services?
Below is a comparison to provide an insight into costs in relation to existing technologies and services. If we compare Palette Immo with 3D renderings of real estate, we quickly see that the price-quality ratio is economically much more viable for the use of renders. While 3D renderings can easily cost €500 for just 5 renders, Palette Immo offers over 800 renders for the same price, including a webpage with analytics to inspire. Another comparison is that with a real estate stylist, where Palette Immo can save considerable costs. It's important to note that a full comparison isn't possible, but this comparison does give an idea of the price in relation to the quality. -
How does Palette Immo improve your sales potential?
Once you've delved into the magic of Palette Immo and generated all the captivating room designs, the possibilities don't end there. With the ability to publish photos, Palette Immo goes the extra mile to amplify your selling potential. It provides you with a personalized webpage - an engaging inspiration board - where prospective buyers, interior designers, and homeowners can explore the array of spatial configurations and envision themselves within. By showcasing your photos in diverse styles, you craft an appealing visual narrative that captures the unique allure of your property. -
What are the benefits of Palette Immo's redesign mode for furnished spaces?
In the redesign mode, Palette Immo takes your existing furnishings and skillfully reimagines your interior, offering you a myriad of possibilities. With its advanced algorithms and creative intelligence, Palette Immo can breathe new life into your space, allowing you to explore diverse aesthetics and find the perfect style that suits your taste. -
What are the benefits of Palette Immo's staging mode for empty rooms?
For those with empty rooms, the staging mode of Palette Immo is a game-changer. By leveraging its remarkable capabilities, Palette Immo virtually furnishes the room, enabling you to visualize different layouts and arrangements. With each click, you can witness your space transform into a cozy living room, a sleek home office, or any other concept that sparks your imagination. -
How can I take the best photo for an interior visualization?
Ensure that the photo displays the entire room and is well-lit. Ideally, capture the image horizontally and refrain from using a wide-angle lens. The system is trained on standard photos. The AI does not perform optimally with skewed images! -
Can I reuse a generated image?
If you like a generated image, you can reuse it as the basis for a new one. Simply hover over the image, click the dropdown menu in the top right corner, and select 'Add'. -
What can I do with credits?
With credits, you can generate renders. The amount of credits per render depends on the feature you choose. -
Who can use my credits?
Credits are purchased per account. If you have a paid subscription, you can invite other users to use your credits. Only you, as the admin, can purchase additional credits; invited users cannot buy credits themselves. This makes it easy for businesses to centrally manage credit usage. -
Are credits deducted when a render fails?
Credits are only deducted when a render is successful. Contact us if your renders are failing. -
Can I get a refund if the AI doesn't generate the expected results?
The AI generation can occasionally be unexpected, like producing a window that's out of place. While you have the option to hide the render and regenerate it, we don't offer refunds for successful generations. This is due to the significant GPU processing costs and immediate expenses incurred. Please note: by using our Service, you agree to waive any rights to refunds. Refunds are also not available for one-time payment agreements and subscription fees, though subscriptions can be canceled at any time. -
Why do renders sometimes take longer?
To make good use of resources, we only run the models that are actually being used. When a model hasn't been used for a little while, we turn it off. When you make a request to run a prediction on a model, you'll get a fast response if the model is 'warm' (already running), and a slower response if the model is 'cold' (starting up). Machine learning models are often very large and resource intensive, and we have to fetch and load several gigabytes of code for some models. In some cases this process can take several minutes. Cold boots can also happen when there's a big spike in demand. We autoscale by running multiple copies of a model on different machines, but the model can take a while to become ready. For our popular models, cold boots are uncommon because the model is kept 'warm' from all the activity. For less-frequently used models, cold boots are more frequent.
